1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through the following channels:

  • Visa & MasterCard (Credit/Debit Cards)
  • Apple Pay (on supported devices)
  • Direct Bank Transfer (for corporate invoices — on request)

All card payments are processed securely via a PCI-DSS Level 1 Certified Payment Gateway (Telr, Stripe, or Network Intl).

2. Supported Currencies

We currently accept payments in:

  • AED – United Arab Emirates Dirham
  • USD – United States Dollar

The selected currency will be shown at the checkout page and will match the currency printed on your Transaction Receipt.

3. Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an instant confirmation email with your order summary.
  • A PDF invoice will be attached including service description, amount, currency, and transaction reference.

4. Payment Security

  • Card details are not stored, shared, or sold by Codecurtain FZC.
  • We use SSL encryption and secure tokenization to protect all payment sessions.
  • Your card is billed only once per confirmed order — we do not auto-charge without your consent.

5. Recurring Billing (if applicable)

If you’ve subscribed to a recurring plan:

  • Your card will be charged automatically at the agreed billing interval (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected] 3 days before the next billing date.
  • Subscription invoices are delivered automatically by email.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are only made to the original payment method used.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there’s an issue with a charge:

  • If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, Codecurtain reserves the right to suspend your services pending resolution.

8. User Obligations

  • Users under 18 years of age are prohibited from making payments or registering accounts.
  • All users agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • Cardholders must retain a copy of their transaction records and comply with the merchant’s policies and laws of the UAE.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
